Went on a group tour in Cascais and everyone loved it! Duarte was the store manager, he made sure everyone was confortable with the bikes and even went riding with us until the start of the bike path so we wouldnt get lost. Really recommend it to anyone in the area.

We had an amazing day ! We rent electric bike to discover the coast and the village of Cascais. We did more than 20km, and there is many bike’s road so it is safe to do for beginners. It was so easy to learn, Duart taked the time and gave us all the advice! Thank you so much Duart, all our friends are definitely going to rent a bike when they will come by Cascais !!

From renting the e-bike through returning it, my Wonder Bike experience was excellent. Duarte responded immediately to my WhatsApp inquiry to get started. When I arrived at the store a couple of minutes later, he was inspecting the e-bike that he had in mind for me and decided to swap it for another when he noted that its gear shifting wasn’t perfectly smooth. He thoroughly examined this other e-bike for safety and functionality and showed me how to operate the bike, how to remove the battery for charging, and how to lock the bike securely. I told Duarte that I planned to ride from Casçais to Cabo da Roca. He showed me the optimal route and let me know what to expect. I felt very prepared for my ride! With the rental of the e-bike, Duarte also included a phone holder, as well as two bike locks and a small backpack to carry these accessories. A helmet was available as well. The e-bike was truly fantastic. It was very comfortable to ride and super intuitive to use. It had plenty of power and wide wheels with great traction. I felt safe and secure on the mountain roads and even on a gravel road for a bit with absolutely no problems at all. Great shock absorption! I made it to Cabo da Roca, and back to Casçais having used less than half of the battery power. Including a small detour that I made, this was about a 40 km ride with plenty of steep climbing. The e-bikes at Wonder Bike have five levels of assistance and seven manual gears. I gave the e-bike a good workout, but had a good workout myself as well. So in my estimation, I could’ve gone twice as far with plenty of hills, and still had battery left. When I was ready to return the e-bike, I sent a WhatsApp to Duarte, and he responded immediately that he was available even though it was exactly the scheduled opening time. That was fantastic to allow me to get to the beach at a reasonable time! In summary, I would highly recommend Wonder Bike, and was particularly impressed with the care and thoroughness of the service that Duarte provided. I had a tight schedule and had elected to go for my ride early in the morning. Given how responsive Duarte was, I felt really confident that in the unlikely event I did encounter any problems, I would be able to reach someone to help me no matter what. Between that, and the thorough check of the bike, I felt super safe and secure. That means a lot when venturing on a long ride in an unfamiliar area.

The bikes were perfect and such a fun adventure. Duarte set us up and made sure we knew how to operate them before we left. He gave us directions to Guincho beach and we had an amazing time. He also assured us if we had any problems that he would come right away to help. He made us feel very confident in an area we have never explored! Thabk you! We had a blast!

We had such a great day exploring the coast from Cascais to Praia Guincho on our E Bike. Duarte was an incredible help setting us up on a route and many excellent suggestions where to eat and what to see along the way. We have an E Bike at home but really appreciate the time Duarte spent explaining how the EBike works right through making sure our helmet fits comfortably. We would highly recommend Biking as an activity while visiting Cascais and renting your bike or EBike from Wonder Bike.
