Of course, the experience was fabulous. The buildings were unbelievable, and chilling out on top of the Leaning Tower was an experience my family and I will never forget. But we could have had the same experience for 81 Euros and not 147! Viator did not ‘enhance’ our experience in any way and in fact, the ticket delivery system was a pain as we had to get Tourist Info to speak to them to email the tickets to me.

Outstanding experience. Only complaint was the company emailed tickets, but the links on the app did not take us to the tickets. Took some time to pull them up. But the venue/experience was well worth it. Outstanding

Mishmash32

Brought tickets and only received confirmation which states THIS IS NOT A TICKET. Full payment has been taken and company are not responding to emails. This is a complete scam. Do not use!

Once we got the ticket it was very easy and gave us access to everything. The tower climb was worth it. I don’t always think the climbs are worth it but this one was because of the lean—you could really feel it! The cathedral was beautiful and the other sites were interesting.

Don’t waste your money on the audio guide option. The “background” music is so loud and distracting that you can’t hear half of what the narrator is saying.

RobertClayton_R

I'm saying it's worth it because it's iconic and a very special religious sight. Logistically, it's all over the place. Even if you pay for a ticket, you have to pay 1 Euro to use the bathroom. Apparently there's no audio tour for the leaning tower. The Baptistery was closed. Not to mention all of these resources are spread out all over the place. The tour I booked did not allow me to access my tickets virtually so I was late for my tour and had to wait for one 1.75 hours later. If it were the high season, I probably would've missed it all together. Lots of logistical critiques but the views from the top were spectacular, especially right before sunset. Glad I went, but if I go again, I will be early. Book in advance.

This was not worth the price. There are no guides. It is basically an overpriced ticket to get into the leaning tower. You can buy the ticket for less at the compound.

Pisa is incredible and I’m pleased we booked in advance. I’m disappointed that the tour operators (not v) did not advise that one of the sites was closed for refurbishment and/or offer the tickets at a discounted rate as it was clear this was the case and has been for a while. If we had bought tickets direct on the day we would have save 7 euros not much I know but would have appreciated the heads up. Book this it was great

The app worked great. We got our scannable tickets sent to us and we were able to enter each venue at Pisa with no issues. The Piza complex is great and full of history. Climbing the tower of Piza is a must do

Steven_F

Awesome climb to top! The Cathedral was beautiful with many paintings. The Baptistry was ornate on the outside, yet very simple on the inside—a fascinating contrast.
