Quick trip of the city. Our guide was very professional and friendly. Worth it given all the sites are in different areas and you don’t need to figure out where you are going , transport etc

It was a great way to see a bit of Melbourne and have the opportunity to observe Melbourne at a more calm pace .

Our 2 very young granddaughters enjoyed themselves and we find the timing of the cruise just nice. We had light rain but it didn’t stop the girls from going to the deck to enjoy the scenery

Very informative and comfortable. Would have been better if there was a bartender to get a drink. He seemed to be doing multiple jobs. It was only 1 hour long so wasn’t much of a hardship

Loved the commentary. This was a gift for my mother for her birthday and she loved it. My mother is a Horticulturalist and she found the information very informative. She was surprised to hear about Heron Island and found that fascinating. Maybe some information about the building that is going on over there might be good. We were all wondering what it was.

The most miserable experience while in Melbourne. We got picked up from Federation square, and got dropped off at the same place. For us it was not an hour trip, just 40 minutes. Apart from river banks overgrown with grass and two bridges there was nothing to see. The cruise was sold on the riverside and we expected to go up AND down the river, we were scammed into going down the river. Free tea and coffee - instant coffee, cheap tea bags. ASK WHERE THE BOAT IS HEADING BEFORE YOU PAY

From the river there was very little to actually see. There was commentary but, limited views of the things they talked about. My takeaway is how much graffiti there is and how dirty everywhere is. I read afterwards there was complementary tea and coffee, this was certainly not promoted on board. I wouldn’t recommend spending money on this trip.

The cruise was late leaving the dock (by >15 minutes). The staff were great with free tea / coffee served. Unfortunately the punters weren't. The high proportion of non English speaking travellers that talked over the commentary incessantly meant the commentary was inaudible for those of us that wanted to listen - which was the purpose of the trip. Really disappointing. People should be told to listen / engage as they ruined it for others. The seating was also too close together and therefore uncomfortable (and I am not excessively large). Fortunately there were spaces which meant I could create some space around me. This wouldn't have been possible on a full cruise.

Not worth the money, too boring. Nothing to see. Don’t waste your money guys. Also no complementary drinks were served.

Disappointing. We were Looking for a peaceful and informative 2 hour cruise. Instead We had very loud pop/rock music blasted at us except when the recorded commentary was playing. we went <1/2 hour upstream- seated on rock hard dining room chairs that were not secured. turned around and went back to where we started. We were told to get off and wait for 1/2 hour. Which we did in the blazing sun as if we’d gone to seek shelter we’d have ended up at the back of the queue to re board along with all the customers going for a one hour cruise. We reloaded and went 20 mins downstream this time. And back It would have been more pleasant and peaceful to have walked along the riverbank - and $124 cheaper for us as a couple.
