Before embarking on the tour, make sure to check in at the B Shed Office, located on the eastern side of E Shed. Boarding for all passengers closes 10 minutes prior to departure. The tour itself lasts for 60 minutes, during which you'll explore the settlement and its surrounding beachside paths. After the tour concludes at Kingstown Barracks, you'll have approximately 240 minutes of free time to further explore the island at your leisure. Ensure that you're back in time for the return ferry, departing from Rottnest Island at 4:00pm, and arriving in Fremantle around 4:35pm.
