Great way to explore at least a part of Rottnest. The crew were fantastic, helpful and caring. The training in riding a segway took only a few minutes, and we were away in no time. Interesting and fun commentary along the way. I just wish we could go further and longer into the island. Strongly recommended adventure!

An excellent tour after receiving a tutorial on how to ride the segways. I'm nearly 70 and throughly enjoyed it

This company is absolutely terrible I don’t like leaving bad reviews because I’m not usually a Karen but this is crazy. They wouldn’t let my son ride the segways “because he has autism and might damage the Segway” absolutely crazy for a company to say this! So ok that’s fine if they want to be like that we will have a refund and leave. They wouldn’t give us our money back! We were shocked. We found the police on the island and told them we’ve basically been robbed of $300 and can they help us. They said no it’s a civil matter with the company and police can’t get involved. I bet if we stole a Segway they would get involved. Again I hate to be a Karen but I had to say something and tell people this company sucks!

Great fun! Had never ridden a segway before. We had excellent instruction and were 'experts' by the time we headed out.

We had a great Segway around the island with Justine. He is very safety conscious and did a great just teaching the people that had never Segwayed before. The islands history is very interesting and a great way to get around and hear this.

The Segway tour was super fun but wished it could be longer and cover the other side of the island like the Henrietta rocks etc.

The Segway tour was the highlight of the trip! My guide Justin was not only great at teaching the ropes of how to use a Segway, but also a fountain of knowledge about quokkas and Rottnest island and gave it a truly local flavour. This is a great way to see a bit of the island without having to hike up and down, and is also a great amount of fun! Make sure you book in advance if possible to avoid disappointment. I went on a rainy day and it was still a really enjoyable activity (with a raincoat!) so don’t let the rain deter you from booking in. I was also the only participant which was super fun as we could see a few extra things, so if you’re a solo traveller this is definitely something to add to the bucket list. So much fun I’ve booked another tour in a couple days with Segway Tours WA - thanks for a great experience Justin and team! The inclusion of the ferry to and from was great, although it was slightly confusing booking through TripAdvisor as the messages I received from the tour company formatted oddly with 90% as hyperlinks making it hard to read the details about where to meet (Jetty 3), but once I arrived it was easy to get the QR code tickets needed.

Great guide with heaps of knowledge on Rottnest Island history and statistics... Segways are great fun.

Did a morning Segway tour with our guide Gary. It was an easy ride around the immediate bays and landmarks of the island. Gary set us at ease on the machines and provided one of the best and most informative commentaries we have had, all the while keeping us clear of bicycles and other obstacles.

Justin was awesome, we found his knowledge of Rottnest gave us a great understanding of what had happen at the island over the past 100+ years.
