The tour advertising isn’t correct and misleading. There is fast pass in a ticket whatsoever. They just give you regular voucher upon meeting the driver. Voucher doesn’t let you get in as a pre-paid ticket at the entrance: we were told after being on pre-paid line that we now need to go to regular lane to exchange the voucher to regular ticket: we wasted an hour dealing with this. I shared my experience with the company that their advertising is false ( there is no fast pass thing and nothing private tour). They just replied “thank you”. Don’t waste money- buy the ticket directly from Windsor and arrange cab yourself, which will be less than half the cost.
