I’ve done 10 walking tours in London on this trip- this was by far my least favourite. Very little about royalty or rogues but almost entirely about suffragette movement- all presented with very narrow political perspective - be aware when booking. Only three participants on this tour and I can see why. Other two on this tour turned up 15 mins late - so with my being 10 mins early ( as requested in tour description) meant I got to stand round for 25 mins waiting for this tour to start. There are lots of other walking tour options - I’d recommend doing those and not this one

Charlotte provided a lively, entertaining and informed tour of Westminster. A great tour for those who want more historical depth and insight than the normal tours. Highly recommended.

We had a private tour with Charlotte taking in the Royals, Rogues and Rebels in Westminster, then Covent Garden and finally the Whitechapel Silent Voices tours. Everything from start to finish was exceptionally professional, interesting and rewarding. Charlotte is hugely knowledgeable and engaging as a guide. She reserved us a space at a pub in Covent Garden and continued to enlighten us over a pint. We then jumped on a bus to Whitechapel to finish the days tour with details of the incredibly resilient women and their neighbours and the monster that killed them. We finished the day in a fantastic curry house again recommended by Charlotte. Highly recommended, you won't regret a tour with the Rebels.

This is an excellent tour. I know the area well as I visit London regularly but what was good is that I learnt lots of new things about an area that was already somewhat familiar. Ellie really knows her stuff and gives an entertaining yet academic tour. it was nice to be out in the streets again doing a walking tour of London.

Get ready for 2 hours of royal laughter, interesting insights and rebel history on this off the beaten path tour of London. We stop at major landmarks and hear untold stories and rebellious history of London. Fantastic guides, Charlotte was great at keeping us on our toes for the whole duration of the tour. Loved her story telling and personal connection to each site. Good outing to safely enjoy London respecting social distancing.

I had lots of fun learning about the more mischievous and thus interesting side of some of London's most popular landmarks. Charlotte and Ellie really knew their stuff and kept me engaged from start to finish. I would definitely do another tour with them again!

Absolutely brilliant! A wonderful, witty, highly polished insider's look into the machinations, revolutions, and follies of London's hyper-colourful cast of characters through the ages, whilst walking through the very most beautiful and historical areas of central London. Such a fabulous and unique way to experience Royal, political, and historical Westminster, safe in the hands of two completely winning, hilarious, and super-well-informed local guides. Highly recommended.
