A journey into our traditions, history, flavours and gastronomy. Discover and visit local producers, enjoy a visit to beautiful historical sites and be guided by a premium wine producer after a nice walk along the state and its vinyards. Free pick up from the accomodation driving up to Alte and Freixo where we stop to taste different biological fruit jams and honey directly from the farmer; On the way its possible to find a unique moorish “alambique” where you can sample the “infamous firewater” (ex libris of the region). From here we go and visit a local premium wine producer including a guided tour to the vinyards and facilities of the state ending with a 3 wines tasting with bread and olive oil.
