Wow, what a great tour! The passion and knowledge that Michele brought was fantastic. We got a great understanding of everything we saw in Pompeii and being just my wife and I, we could see a lot of sites and ask questions. Highly recommended. Thanks Michele!

Simply Amazing. We met our fabulous guide, Guisy, at the train station in Sorrento. She was very prompt and waiting for us. The experience started on the train, where she told us about life in Sorrento and began filling us in on some history in Pompeii. Once we got to the ruins we stopped for coffee and entered the park. Guisy was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the site. She answered all our questions and showed us many hidden spots within the site. I would highly recommend taking a private tour of Pompeii, there is something very special about it. Request Guisy! She made our trip to Sorrento even better! With love, Joey

Our guide, Romolo, is an extremely knowledgeable person regarding the history of Pompeii and the area in general as it has been his family’s homeland for generations and the passion for the history is in his blood; he was respectful and friendly and shared his knowledge highlighting the most impressive sights. Romolo was very attentive and alerted us to uneven terrain and low ceilings and doorways. Such attention to detail! He verbally created a picture of what the city was like prior to the eruption of Mt. Vesuvius that buried this city. A lot of information in a short time and so worth it! Thanks to Romolo!

Paolo (Paul) was amazing! Very personable, friendly, and knowledgeable. Loved doing this tour. I highly recommend booking this tour. Don't attempt to do Pompeii without a private guide, it will be too overwhelming.

Giusy was an excellent guide, extremely knowledgeable and great with the two kids. Both our 7 and 11 year old kept attention from start to finish. Bravo Guisy!

Josie is a fantastic guide with easy to understand English and a fun personality! She met us in Sorrento at the train station and accompanied us on our train ride to Pompeii. The tour of Pompeii lasted a bit over 2 hours which was a perfect length of time. She hit the highlights and was very knowledgeable, answering every question our group asked. She also navigated the crowds at Pompeii and knew where we could go to minimize our waiting. After the tour, she showed us her recommendation for lunch which our group enjoyed. After lunch, we took the train back to Sorrento on our own. I would highly recommend this tour and Josie as your guide.
