This was well worth the $! Quick and easy to find the operator, who handed us tickets and we waited maybe 1 minute on line to get into the museum. Skipped ahead everyone else in a long queue in the sun. We did 9am and showed up about 8:40am for the tickets.

The staff at the museum shuffled us around a bit before letting us in- no one seemed to know what line we were supposed to be on. They also said it was a guided tour but wouldn’t provide us with the audio equipment without a €6 charge.
The museum itself is amazing. I suggest booking directly with the museum to avoid this hassle- sorry Viator.

Got our tickets and went straight in. Don't expect a tour guide. This was a package to just get tickets to get into the building and nothing more!

The so called host where one is supposed to redeem the voucher is just a random guy in civilian clothes that one is supposed to recognize in big crowds of tourists. Then visitor customer service blames you for no show saying I should have called them. Chat bot is down half the time tho. Kinda a ripoff! Personal recommendation: book at the official site from Florence city! Everything what viator claimed was priority access is nothing special and comes anyway with the ticket. They are perfectly clocked!
