Had a wonderful time in Barcelona! Barcelona Day Tours took care of everything from start to finish and our tour guide was so knowledgeable and really took pride in her city. We got picked up from the cruise port on time and were dropped off on time and saw so much in between. Definitely recommend this tour company!

This was a perfect after cruise tour of Barcelona. Our driver, Hugo, met us right outside the port terminal building and we were able to deliver our luggage to our hotel during our tour. He was incredibly knowledgeable and shared so much information about the history, people and customs of this region. Barcelona is a beautiful city and has incredible architecture. Hugo pointed out so many details about the monuments and buildings that made us appreciate the area even more. We opted to go to both Park Guell and Sagrada Familia, both should not be missed. I highly recommend hiring Spain Day Tours for your next adventure.

We had the best time on our Barcelona Day Tour. We had been on a cruise around the Mediterranean and our ship docked in Barcelona early in the morning. Our flight home didn’t leave until 9pm that night, so we wanted to make the best we could of our time in Barcelona, but hated the thought of carting our luggage around with us. I did some research and found Barcelona Day Tours would be perfect for us and our situation. The communication from Dory was excellent and he helped us plan our day so we could fit in as many sights as possible. All tickets to major attractions were pre purchased for us, so we didn’t have to queue anywhere. Christian picked us up from Barcelona Sea Port right on time. He was an excellent tour guide with lots of local knowledge, and went out of his way to ensure we had a perfect day. He took us to lunch at a local cafe and with his expertise we were able to enjoy a three course traditional Spanish lunch with a locally brewed beer at half the cost of the tourist menus. Christian took wonderful care of us and when the tour was over, dropped us at the airport for our flight home. I would not hesitate to recommend Barcelona Day Tours to anyone wanting to see the sights of Barcelona with a great tour guide.

We very much enjoyed our Barcelona/Montserrat tour with João. He met us at the ship port upon our arrival It was really a perfect way to spend the day after departing from our cruise and before going to the hotel. We very much appreciated João, he did a wonderful job of showing us around the sites. He was so personable and knowledge. He even made a quick stop at a Farmacia for us!

Great visit and tour of Barcelona. Iban was an excellent guide and very knowledgeable. You could tell that he was also very proud of his hometown. Saw the highlights of the city, the Museum of National Art, La Sagrada Familia, and Park Guell. It was wonderful to be picked up directly at the cruise port with all of our luggage, and then following the tour we were taken to our hotel. Would definitely use Barcelona Day Tours again for sightseeing.

I arranged this tour directly through their website a few weeks before travelling to Europe and found the process very easy. I booked for two couples in our early 60s, with skip-the-line tickets to Park Güell and guided tour of Sagrada Familia. They confirmed that we were capable of the more physically demanding section of the tour - Park Güell. As it turned out, there was only the four of us for the tour. Our driver and guide for the day was Tony. He is absolutely delightful and so knowledgeable about his city. He was willing to be flexible when he found out that we had already covered parts of the planned itinerary in our cruise ship's tours. So we got to see a fair bit of the city that we might not have otherwise and a little longer in Park Güell so we could explore it a bit more thoroughly than the original plan. The tour vehicle was very comfortable. Our final stop was Sagrada Familia, where Tony made sure that we knew where to go and where to find a taxi to get back to the hotel. This was a major highlight for us, and I highly recommend paying the €30 for the guided tour.

The tour itself, the driver and the guide were wonderful, and everyone was very accomodating. However, after the tour was over, there was no attempt to leave us in a place where we could easily travel to our hotel. The location where they left us had no taxis available that would take us and we had to spend an hour walking with all of our luggage to our hotel. Our elderly mother had to walk this distance and this is very upsetting to us. We would have been very happy with the tour package, but this treatment at the end has been so distasteful that we will never use your services again, and will tell everyone we know about how poorly we were treated. I would like to emphasize that this tour was supposed to include a transfer to our hotel, and that we did not receive that transfer.
