All tours meet on Union Square, at the NW corner, at 333 Post St and Powell St. Across from us, is a store called Saks Fifth Avenue, which is lit up so you can see it from almost anywhere in the Square. Your guide will be wearing a US Ghost Adventures T-shirt and carrying a lantern.
