The guy wouldn’t let a paid customer get in the van. Kept on leaving without paid customer even from the winery. Dumb comments about how the place where he is from is the best

Delightful daylong trip, despite awful weather. Lester was an informed and entertaining guide. We visited three wineries, and I really loved the wines at two. Plenty of time on our Sonoma lunch break (I highly recommend The Girl & The Fig). This is my second Viator tour. I will do more.

I went on the wine tour with 3 other family members and had a great time. Grady was our driver and was fantastic. He gave us information about the city, culture, and much much more. The winery's we visited Madonna Estates, Ru Vango (Paul was fantastic), and Muscardini (Karen was a great) were so much fun. I would definitely book this tour again and have all the same people as our guide, especially Grady. Thank you all for such a peachy-keene time.

Had a really enjoyable afternoon visiting the Napier Valley. There were only a dozen people on the bus, a good number. The two wineries were great with good wine and food. An excellent experience

Driver was awful. No hello. Did not speak much , loud music on the bus. Cold temperature. 5 of us and we all did not think he was a tour guide. More like a taxi driver. The wine stops were too long.

Great selection of wines at each your. The Madonna winery had the best wine in my opinion. Jimmy our bus drive was very knowledgeable and funny. Overall a great experience.

Our driver and tour guide Marco was awesome! So personable and friendly! He went above and beyond to ensure that the group had a great experience. The bus was comfortable for the ride. The stops were all good but we could have went to a different vineyard than Sutter Home.....it was not impressive to anyone in the group.

It was a great experience. Marco was a great tour guide. Recommend this tour for wine lovers and not so much wine lovers haha. They were really good. Ru Vango was great as well as Madonna Estate

I booked the half day wine tour, via Tower Tours. From the hotel pickup and throughout the tour the driver Marco was excellent, very friendly and knowledgeable. En-route we were able to stop off briefly at the Golden Gate Bridge for some quick photos. The wine tour consisted of stops at 2 wine estates. The first, Madonna, was in my opinion the best. The host, Jim, was very personable and keen to give everyone as much time as possible to ask questions. The staff were also very generous with the amount of samples they provided. The second stop was RuVango. At this estate they only offered three samples and whilst polite, didn’t come across as friendly as the staff at Madonna. I think Madonna got far more sales as a result. RuVango did however have more stylish accommodation with some interesting sculptures and artwork, along with beautiful views from the veranda. Better photo opportunities here, but for variety of wines that could be sampled Madonna was definitely the best.
