First of all we did self tour nobody show up for us and nobody felt the need to call us.Viator is making extremely difficult lately with this subcontractors before we enjoy them they send the tickets on email and that was that thankfully the staff at Santiago Bernabeu they understood and they left us in for self tour but we pay 294US$ for family of 4 basically for nothing.Highly recommend to anyone go to venue you prefer to visit its much easier and convenience too in stead of this emails that Viator and their contractors sending to you and when it comes to help you they would find the reason we told you so but that wasn’t in the past and I know that very good because I buy from you for at least 4-5 years but not any more since the customer service is apsolutely no knowledgeable and they let me down two times while in Madrid.

After reading some really bad reviews and instances of not getting tickets, I was nervous about this purchase. There was a lot of communication from two different vendors, the selling site and the tour operator, all of which were confusing. Everything I could find said "this is not your ticket" and there were several instructions to download your tickets and have ready. I never found the actual place to download tickets. But, I called the tour operator prior to going to the stadium and they were friendly and responsive, sending my tickets via pdf right away.
I think the tickets were too expensive for what the tour was. I did see other tickets cheaper from other vendors, which appeared to be the same thing, but I'm not positive that is the case.
Even with the extensive construction, the tour was worth doing and we really liked it. There is a lot to see through the museum part, but the field doesn't look like a field and we didn't get to see anything else.

You don’t have to be a fan to enjoy this experience. An impressive stadium and interactive displays in the museum including all the trophies. Still being renovated but this doesn’t impact on the overall experience. The company was effective at communicating and there were no issues with the e-tickets.
