We showed up and no one was at the meeting point. For 10 minutes we walked around double checking the address. We got. Call 10 minutes after meeting time saying it was canceled.

Tour guide never showed up. Heard this was not the first time. Don’t waste your money or time. Really disappointed.

We were signed up for the scandalous cocktail tour. We arrived at Pat O’Breins gift shop at 4:15 for our 4:30 tour. We waited until 5 pm and no one showed! The staff advised us that they are never on time! Trying to get ahold of Trip Advisor is a joke. Don’t go!

Tour guide never showed. Waited half hour. We'd like a refund. Never notified us that it was cancelled! Why would you schedule a tour, not notify us that it was cancelled. Not very appreciative.

The guide was a no-show. Apparently, Viator did not notify them of my booking. My last evening in New Orleans SOURED.Willl never book through Viator again!

Leonce was a great guide as he went that extra mile (starting the tour by giving us the recipes for the cocktails he was going to be telling us about so we could recreate them at home; giving restaurant recommendations; offering directions to other bars etc). He kept the tour light and fun with his sense of humour while also providing facts and anecdotes about the drinks/bars. We benefited greatly from his experience as he was able to answer any questions and point out the best spots for photos!

We were really looking forward to this tour. Unfortunately it was not a great experience. The guide kept asking where we were from & if we'd been there before (every 15 minutes). She couldn't count how many were in our group & I'm not sure she could remember the details of the scandals. Definitely NOT worth the $$.

Janet is a fantastic guide. She provides a lot of great history throughout the tour as well as some exceptional cocktail recommendations! We would encourage others to take this tour.

Janet was an excellent guide!!! She was extremely knowledgeable and had a ton of interesting stories to share. She even gave us a recommendation for our next book club! All of the cocktails we tried were delicious. I highly recommend checking out this tour if you have the chance. Thanks again Janet!
