    Handy pickup and drop off at the hotel and seamless boat tour. Thought perhaps the drive before could have been a bit more interactive but that was the only slight negative.

    My husband and I were supposed to take the bat boat cruise however last minute it was cancelled so they offered a tour with tacos and still see the bats river side. We were taken for a van tour around downtown Austin, taken to a taco truck and then to the river. We had no place to sit and eat the tacos so we took them back to our hotel and at that point the tacos were cold. The tour was no way near worth the $200 we spent for the excursion and so we were very disappointed. I will say that our tour guide Owen was wonderful, and we want to make sure to note that.

    Extremely disappointing. We were told that the we could not take the tour because by the time we made our reservation the tour was already sold out. Why then your system did not say so in the first place? I paid the total for two people and later requested a refund which we have not yet received

    Mike was so knowledgeable about the history and what is going on around town. He kept us intrigued and informed. We thoroughly enjoyed are tours and the van was so clean and comfortable!
