Lucas provided a great tour. The private tour is worth the time and funding. You get to see much more than a group tour. The only way to go.

Amir was a fabulous guide. So much history and information. We enjoyed the day immensely! Usually I plan our trips well in advance but fate extended our trip. The castle tour was sold out but we were able to schedule our tour very last minute and bypass the ticket issue. Thank you Amir for a great memory.

Matej was a fantastic tour guide. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He was right on time, vehicle was comfortable and he kept us on track to meet our schedule. Cannot beat Neuschwanstein and the Highline179 was an awesome add on. Highly recommend this tour.

David was a fantastic guide! He was very knowledgeable and made our experience extra special. He provided us with in depth historical background at all of our stops, and we had lively conversations about a wide range of subjects. We can't recommend David enough!

Over the top customer service! Our guide was extremely knowledgable on any topic we asked about. He made the entire experience special to my husband and I, even through all of the crowds of people. He made recommendations of how to best use our time and what to see. Gave us suggestions on starting early so we would beat the crowd. He felt like a friend, not a tour guide. Truly an amazing experience overall. Cannot recommend enough.

Our tour guide, Matej, meet our family of 4 which included 2 college age kids, at our hotel and we were off to Neuschwanstein Castle. He picked us up in a new Mercedes SUV that was very comfortable. Along the way, he explained the history of the castle and was very informative about the towns and local history. We then ate a great lunch at a local restaraunt and headed to the highline. This was an unexpected highlight of the day. It's a huge suspension bridge linking ruins. Not only was it a lot of fun walking over, but it was also informative with an amazing view. We finished the visit with a zipline down. Finally, we stopped at Oberammergau for a quick stroll with a bavarian village. If you can request Matej, I would highly recommend it as he was the best tour guide of our two week trip.

Lucas was a great guide, flexible and let us pick how long we wanted to spend at the various options. He knew the tricks to avoid one wait times! Great lunch spot too!

Our guide Mathew was AWESOME! The van was brand new, clean, and comfortable. He brought water for while we we were in transit. He was very flexible and knew where to grab snacks/coffee or a trip to the WC. Mathew’s coordinator handled an unexpected event (fire alarm at castle) with expert care and knowledge. We were able to cater the trip to our desires, including an impromptu zip line ride! SO fun! Would definitely recommend this tour…it’s speedy, but excellent!!!

Luca was a very accommodating guide - he felt more like a host! We changed some things around and he presented no barrier at all - and even offered to help out when we had a cash emergency! 10 out of 10 - great job!
