Have lodged a formal complaint about this tour provider. Our wifi didn’t work when we arrived in St Malo so couldn’t activate Google maps. We went to the tourist office to ask where location of the meeting point was and they ended up giving us wrong directions. By the time the wifi worked we were in the other side of town and operator couldn’t wait, I asked for a refund and he said you have a smart phone so you can find me??? I said wifi didnt work. He asked me to go to the tourist office and ask a refund from them since they gave me wrong directions. What an absurd idea. Operator should maybe tell tourist office about his tours and maybe this would not happen considering he operates this tour more than once a day????

Superb sea trip with Marin Malouin this May 9 under beautiful sunshine. Very friendly and smiling welcome. Thank you for accepting our little dog. We took the history tour of Saint Malo, lots of explanations and comments throughout the circuit. Visit reported full and there were 10 of us, we had room to move around on the boat, thank you for that because this is not the case with other boats which are often loaded! We will keep very fond memories of it. THANK YOU. The people of the north.
