We will stop for 45 minutes for drinks and lunch (not included) at the Saltmarsh Farmhouse Cafe. A short walk from the Visitors Centre reveals superb views of the meandering Cuckmere River. We will take a short (but steep) walk to Friston Forest and then decend back to Cuckmere Haven on the South Downs Way.

There is an opportunity to visit Brewsters Coffee Co. at Seaford Head if walkers wish to stop. Our decent passes us through Seaford Head Golf Club (a favourite spot for our Guide, Matt!) Once we arrive back at the Seafront, Matt will be more than happy to take you to one of his favourite Public Houses and share a pint of one of many fantastic local ales.
