As long as we were already in the area it would have been nice to hear about the other things in the immediate vacinity and see the adjacent art". The needle trip was rather repeditive compared to the ferris wheel. None of this was the fault of my great tour guide.

I was given very little notice of cancellation prior to my trip departure. It did not give me time to find another trip. As a customer we’re expected to be respectful of time and we are not allowed to cancel with in a short notice. I’m not impressed that Viator did this. I’m STILL waiting for my refund.

This tour was cancelled the morning of, 10 hours in advance as they apparently had no tour guide. Very disappointing and unfortunate. Waiting for my refund.

Our tour guide sent me a text 2 hours before the pickup time to say the attraction was closed and encouraged me to cancel and will get a refund. No response after that. I called several times with them constantly hanging up. I called the 800 number and finally got ahold of someone after 2 days to send in a confirmation to get your guide so I can get a refund. Very bad business. I felt scammed.

HORIBLE EXPERIENCE !! We booked for 8:30 and were set to pick up at our hotel the Westin. The tour stated to be out side 5. United before Our guide text us at 8:04 he was out side and we didn’t see the message untill 8:12. When we got out side at 8:15 he stated the space needle was closed already and he had left and was on other side of town ? In 13 minutes ? than asked to still take us around town and he stated he would come back and never showed up . He also blocked my number DO NOT BOOK THIS TRIP AND I HAVE REPORTED TO VIATOR .

It was ok. I had time to kill and never really been out solo in Seattle when visiting so gave it a shot. It was cool to go up to the Space Needle and also check out the Ferris Wheel as well as the view from Kerry Park. Could these be done by simply driving by yourself? Sure! But it’s nice not to have to. The only reason I gave it 4 out of 5, is we didn’t drive by pike place as advertised and the the guide wasn’t very informative. I would’ve loved to know about each place more. It did appear he already explained to the passengers before I got picked up, so it would’ve been repeat. Maybe just wait to tell the info until we get to the place? Just a suggestion. Overall ok. I would recommend if you didn’t want to drive but also ride share could do the same.

Our guide, Benjamin was awesome! We had plenty of time to explore and enjoy the sights! He picked up and dropped off at our hotels/parking garage. Gave us a little history and just overall very accommodating.

Great tour! Hassan was a great guide throughout the whole tour! I got to enter in the 2 most iconic landmarks in the city while getting an amazing conversation with Hassan, finding more about Seattle's history. Driving around town was also fun. The big plus of this tour is the hotel pick up and drop off. Really recommend this tour to anyone visiting Seattle!
