    Juan was wonderful. He arrived right on time and was very interested in getting to know our names to make the tour more personable. The pace and information was a perfect amount. The Madrid weather gods created a perfect weather day for our tour!!!

    Our tour guide, Juan, was excellent. He highlighted the history of Madrid from inception to present-day in a way that was totally compelling. He was knowledgeable and kind with a great sense of humor. Highly recommend this experience!

    Juan is very informative and entertaining. I loved the little anecdotes he shared and the discussion we had on Spain politics and economy. He also recommended a nice place for lunch with good Menu del Dia options. There's a lot of walking and stairs so wear comfortable shoes, keep hydrated and fueled. Only thing I wished was included to see the part of the original Wall still existing under the Posadas. I saw it in a YouTube video, but forgot to ask Juan.

    We absolutely loved the Secrets of Madrid tour. Our guide, Juan, was personable, funny, and gave us great histoey of past Madrid and a perspective of present Madrid. This is not one to miss when coming to Madrid because it is definitely off the beaten path. Highly recommend!

    Our guide was wonderful and brought history to life. We would highly recommend this tour! We learnt a lot and saw places we wouldn't have discovered on our own.

This is a place that has seen not only all the history of Madrid but also of Spain full of fascnating and some times funny stories.
