What to expect
Sedona Chamber of Commerce
Your tour of quirky, drop-dead gorgeous Sedona begins at the town's Visitor Center/Chamber of Commerce. From here, you'll drive south, passing the biggest attractions along the way, from red rock hikes to plentiful shops and galleries. You'll also learn a ton about Sedona's long, unusual history as you drive. NOTE: This 15+mile-long tour covers the essentials of Sedona in 2-3 hours. Buy once, use for one year! Ideal for extended visits and return trips over the next 12 months.
Tlaquepaque Arts & Shopping Village
The Tlaquepaque Arts Shopping Village is one of Sedona's top attractions for good reason. This vibrant plaza is packed with local artists and artisans selling all manner of unique finds. The Village is also home to some top tier restaurants and cafes to fuel up for your journey.
Marg’s Draw Trailhead
At 4 miles out and back, Marg's Draw Trail is a fantastic mid-level introduction to Sedona's red rock landscape. In the spring, this trail is also surrounded by blooming cactus flowers!
Broken Arrow Trail
This 3-mile trail shares its name with a famous movie filmed in Sedona. After you visit, you'll hear all about the founding of the town and how it went from an unknown, remote outpost to "Little Hollywood," a hotspot for silver screen westerns.
Call Of The Canyon Picnic Site
Sedona changed forever in 1923, when filmmaker Zane Grey arrived with a film crew and a dream. Here, Zane shot the silent film Call of the Canyon, a western about a soldier returning from war. He wanted creative freedom he couldn’t get in LA, and was captivated by Sedona’s landscape.
Chapel of the Holy Cross
A must-see attraction. This jaw-dropping chapel looms dramatically over the rocky landscape and offers incredible, panoramic views from within. It was designed to generate the same sense of awe as the Empire State Building, and it absolutely delivers!
Cathedral Rock Trail
Cathedral Rock Trail is among the most popular hikes in Sedona, and it's easy to see why. Cathedral Rock dominates the horizon and is without a doubt the most iconic formation in Sedona. This steep, 1.2-mile trail leads directly to that formation. Adventurous visitors can even climb up the behemoth for unbeatable views.
Courthouse Vista
This spot offers incredible views of Courthouse Butte, one of Sedona's largest and coolest rock formations. For a closer look, you'll also find a 4-mile trail here that loops all the way around the butte. This spot also provides access to the Bell Rock Vortex, one of Sedona's high-energy sites beloved by more spiritual visitors.
Village of Oak Creek
Known to locals as “The Village,” this unincorporated community is another great spot to find shops, restaurants, and more. It even boasts three huge golf courses for those who like to hit the links! Your main tour concludes here, but there's plenty more to do if you choose to embark on the West Sedona bonus tour as well.
Lover's Knoll
Lover's Knoll definitely earns its name. Countless lucky couples tie the knot right here, with sweeping views of Sedona's red rock landscape beyond.
Crescent Moon Ranch
Here, you'll find gorgeous hiking trails, picnic areas, and more than a few scenic vistas.
Crescent Moon Picnic Site
Crescent Moon Picnic Site offers spectacular views of Cathedral Rock and this is one of the most photographed views in Sedona! Depending on the season, it's also a great place for a swim.
Red Rock State Park
Encompassing over 285 acres, Red Rock State Park features some of the prettiest wilderness in the red rock area. It has plentiful hiking and biking trails, picnic areas, and even offers guided moonlight hikes when there's a full moon. Your tour of West Sedona concludes here.
