We rented two segways and drove downtown Berlin by ourselves, everything was perfect! The segways are in very good condition, the guys are very helpful, we had a pleasant chat with them before and after our tour. The right place for a segway tour, do not hesitate to enjoy :)

Our tour guide, Misch (sorry if this is spelled incorrectly) was an absolute delight! We were able to do a test of the Segway in the building before going out onto their practice area on the street. Then we were off! I loved the Segway, it was so much fun. When we stopped to have a chat about the landmarks in front of us, Misch was friendly, fun, informative and able to give us all time to get feeling back in our legs (it was -1 outside). Thank you so much for a great experience and I will definitely recommend this to anyone who asks!

Having never been on a Segway before, I was sceptical about how it was going to go but it turned out to be a really fun way of seeing a lot of the main tourist attractions of the city in a short space of time. It is great if you are on a tight schedule and just want to pack in as much as possible. The guides are very safety conscious and ensure you are competent in the basics before setting off and, in general, the motorists of Berlin are considerate towards you when you are on the road. The guides also know a good deal about the attractions you visit and give you a chance to stop and take a photo or two (although taking drive-by photos is fun too!). I would recommend Robot City to anyone hoping to take a whistle-stop tour of central Berlin while enjoying trying something new in the process. I probably wouldn't recommend Segway tours in general if you wish to spend lots of time in each place or if you are nervous in traffic as you do drive in cycle lanes on the main roads. If you want to take a Segway Tour, Robot City will look after you well!

This was a great way to spend an afternoon. We actually did a bit of a mix and match where some of our group used segways and some the scroosers. The staff were very good in helping us sort it all out before we set off and they let us try each vehicle to decide what we wanted to use. The one issue I felt was that the supervision by the tour leader was not up to standard during the tour. The leader was often too far ahead and was leaving us at traffic lights or a difficult junction and then we lost the group. At one point I had a really close collision with a tram all because I was rushing to keep up.

Fue una excelente experiencia. Prudente, segura, entretenida, variada, El sistema Segway permite cubrir mucho de la ciudad en poco tiempo, en una ciudad muy segura como Berlín. Nuestro anfitrión, Natchi, muy culto y atento.

El tour es bueno pero le falta visitar muchas atracciones de Berlín, como por ejemplo el Muro y el East Side Gallery, no se si no lo hicieron porque comenzó a llover bastante o porque no lo incluye. Eso si es muy divertido, recorre la Isla de los Museos y llega hasta el Check Point Charlie.

Recorrer una gran ciudad como Berlín en segway es fantástico, divertido y didáctico, sobre todo si te lleva un guía tan guay como Vicent, un joven español que vive allí con gran experiencia en esta y otras ciudades europeas. Un chico respetuoso con las normas, que sabe proteger al grupo y que nos contó historias interesantes. Los mayores, íbamos en segway, el más pequeño en bici eléctrica. Lo pasamos genial toda la familia. Nada mejor para tener una primera y amplia impresión de esta histórica ciudad tan llena de cultura.
