    We truly enjoyed our cruise past some of the most iconic sites in Paris, with photo opportunities in abundance. The guide's narration was occasionally difficult to understand, but enough of the essence came through to provide us interesting bits of knowledge about what we were seeing. And, oh, the Eiffel Tower at dusk! Simply marvelous.

    Had to return unexpectedly to the UK following the death of a very close family member so was unable to attend the cruise. They totally refused to refund any of our money, not even a part refund. They initially offered a voucher to be used for the same cruise which I agreed was very generous of them but as we weren’t going to be returning to Paris/France we asked for a part refund instead but the request was declined. I appreciate that they are trying to run a business but they were very rude and not at all understanding of the circumstances.

    Could not understand the tour guide. Spoke too fast and even though spoke in English could not understand what was being said
