I was not able to hear/listen to the tour. My Bluetooth was connected to my earbuds, I was able to listen to other things on my phone, but the guided tour was not connecting to my phone. I am visually impaired, so being able to hear the tour would have been helpful. Th two other people, my husband and son, had audio and were able to follow the tour. Because of that, I could follow them. HOWEVER, the tour would have been BETTER if the audio had worked for me as well.

Good tour, a beautiful afternoon with the family. You can stop when you want to star longer at a placé.

Learning about the underground railway stopping in Portsmouth! We didn’t see any ghosts but we are certain the ghosts saw us:) FYI, the final stop at brewery was surprised it was closed for renovations. Went to Gaslight instead.

A good way to see a different side of Portsmouth not usually seen by tourists. It’s best if each participant listens on their own phone with earbuds. Despite walking together, the audio wasn’t always in sync with each other.

We spent our 30 year anniversary visiting the New England area all the way from Hilo Hawaii, the Portland Maine food tour was one of the high lights of our trip. Timothy was a great tour guide! very informative and colorful. In a good way! The food was awesome, the smoked scallops were amazing! Thank you again for a great memory!!! Aloha

The walking ghost tour was an excellent way to see Portsmouth and learn a bit of its history rich in facts about merchant life along the sea coast.

The narrative was excellent. However, occasionally We ended up ahead or behind the narrative relating to a specific place.

I really like that you could pause the app so you could take time for lunch or shop. We didn’t have our earbuds with us so we just turned the volume up in my phone.

This is a great idea. The purchase purchase process worked well. My husband and I wanted to do the tour together…I couldn’t find anything that told you how best to do that. We purchased 2 tours. Ended up both logging in to one account and trying to press continue at the same time (this was because we didn’t want the hassle of creating 2 accounts). Anyway, it would have been helpful if instructions were given as to how to do the tour with others. My tour repeatedly got stuck in a ‘walking’ step…it wouldn’t realize I had arrived at the designated location. (I set location services as instructed). My husband’s worked fine. Not sure what caused the difference.

We make it a habit of going on a tour the first day we're in a town, to get the highlights and lay of the land. This tour started at Ceres Bakery and monitored our direction via GPS. When we arrived at the site, the story began. One issue we had was with the Rockingham, but we were able to read a summary. Much cheaper than a regular tour, without the crowds and worrying about using the bathroom and missing the tour.
