My pickup time was for 8am and I had gotten ready earlier, the driver kindly came and got me before scheduled time.
Oh driver arrived early and was super nice and helpful! We loved our transfer to the airport! The van was big enough for all 8 of us and our luggage!
Our driver was on time and communicated well prior to pick up. The only glitch was he stated we had too many people but I did indeed book for 6 adults and we had six adults. It was not a big issue but definitely a moment of “what do you mean we have too many people?” We all moved right past it and had a wonderful experience overall, so smooth getting to the airport. Very efficient.
I booked a ride to the airport and they never showed up. Don’t book with this company. It’s a scam. I called multiple times, left messages and they never showed up. I still haven’t received my refund. Do Not Book With This Company
She was a great tour guide and very friendly and prompt. Her car was comfortable and plenty of room.
This was the worst. They showed up at 4 am to pick us up. Didn't call to let us know they were there. Wouldn't return when we called. We ended up having to get an taking an Uber.
