Eric knows how to make the tour enjoyable/memorable. Adapts to your interest. Very knowledgeable. When you visit Rome, book his walking tour. Also, the food was amazing.

We were on a Royal Caribbean cruise out of Barcelona and booked this excursion. It exceeded our expectations. It’s was less expensive than the cruise tours and very intimate. Only our group of 0 people. Erik and Elise were amazing with the history and food stops. He met us at the cruise port and accompanied us to the city via train. When we make it back to Rome we will look him up for other tours. I cannot say enough good things. By far our groups favorite excursion of the whole trip.

Amazing, fun walking/food tour in Rome. First time to see Rome. Erik is very knowledgeable and knows how to keep it fun. Considering the hot summer temperature. The gelato, Suppli and white pizza w/ mortadella were so good. He made the experience very memorable. I highly recommend him for any tour. Thanks again Erik.

Erik gave us crystal clear directions on where and when to meet him. When we arrived, he was there waiting for us with a sign with my husbands name on it! From the start, he stressed that this was “our” tour and he was willing to modify any part of our agenda to meet our needs and interest! He was true to his word being gracious anytime we wanted to stop to explore something a bit further, take a picture or ten, or even to make a purchase! Not only did he have an amazing wealth of knowledge about Rome, it’s monuments, points of interest and history and a delightful way of sharing his insights, but he also shared supporting documents with us making otherwise complex details far clearer. We loved our time at the Vatican and the monument dedicated to immigrants as well as the Trevi Fountain and what seemed like a million other points of interest! When we needed a break, he found the perfect place to stop, enjoy the view and have a gelato or other refreshment! Erik is one of our all time favorite tour guides that, by the end of our tour, had also become a friend! We hope our paths cross again Erik!

5/5–Erik was knowledgeable, patient, experienced and awesome! We would do it again with our 10 and 7 year old boys! While it lasted almost all day, there were stops for bathrooms, water (all throughout the city are fountains that have cold water), food and of course the awesome sites.

Erik and his crew were beyond amazing! They really catered to our needs and made it an amazing and memorable experience. I hope we make it back one day :)

We're just home from a few days in Rome, where Tour Guide Erik, helped us experience are visit to the Max. We were both impressed by his extreme knowledge of the city, not just historical facts, but stories of important figures, murders and lovers, which painted a fascinating picture of the goings on in ancient Rome. Also he knows the back streets and alleys where we experienced Italian pubs serving beer from Italian microbreweries, as well as excellent affordable food. Erik also fixed a 2 day excursion to San Martino al Cimino, a fabulous little village just north of Rome as well as an excursion to the 'monster park' in Bormarzo which was absolutely beautiful and the to the 'dying city'or Civita de Bagnoregio which was a mindblower. All in all a fabulous few days. I can truly recommend Erik. Professional, Knowledgeable and best of all, laid back and friendly. Thank you both Erik and Manuella for giving us this unforgettable experience. Mille Grazie

My friends and I got an incredibly nice and interesting afternoon in Rome, Italy as a result of the professional and dedicated guide Erik with his fascinating tour through the city. We got to see, experience and taste things that you usually never manage to catch on a visit to a city without a very good guide. Big thanks for a memorable afternoon on April 28, 2019 ..// Niklas
