    BUSY BUS CANCELLED OUR TOUR 4 DAYS PRIOR! Received an email from them stating cancelled (our tour) due to unforeseen & unavoidable operational circumstances! We booked this in November 2023 through Viator and 4 days prior to our tour we got the cancellation email...I called Viator and they couldn't even get through to Busy Bus to find out a better explanation! It was my first time reserving with them and the LAST!!!!

    The Liverpool stop of our ship let us book a tour of the beauty of Wales, home to ancestral family. Conwy Castle was a great surprise with its suspension bridge and train tracks running through it. Snowdonia National Park is a sight to see for natural wonders, including waterfalls and sheep grazing on a seemingly insurmountable side of a mountain. Driver Jerrry of BusyBus was a transplant to Wales but clearly loves the land, showing us some places others might miss. For a little thrill, the walk across the Pontcysyllte aqueduct tow path high above a stream was worth it. There was also ride through the land of the Faeries. Very beautiful.

    This tour was excellent. We had plenty of time at each stop, and the guide, Lee, was incredible. Not only was he informative, his voice was so soothing.

    Today we took the day trip to North Wales under excellent guidance of Lee. He is a true master in combining historical informatie and all that's relevant to the tour with a high dose of humour. I have been on a couple of tours in the UK now and today was my best experience. Really a must see/ must do if tou are in Liverpool and want to get a great impression of North Wales. We really saw some of the best highlights: amazing nature scenes, Conwy Castle and much more. Lee also provides you with a great soundtrack for your tour.
