We arrived in Southampton after a cruise and were staying in London for a couple of days. We needed a way to get to downtown London without being stuffed in overcrowded busses. Our driver arrived on time and had our name on a placard which impressed the kids. We enjoyed having a private car for just our party. The ride was comfortable, and the driver was very professional. Our first stop was Stonehenge, our driver gave us his cell phone number and told us to text us when we were ready to go. He then took us to Windsor Castle for an amazing tour. Once again, he told us to text him when we were ready to go. We then headed to our hotel. He dropped us off at the front door of our London hotel and even helped us with all of our luggage.

The drivers were so observant and tended to our every need . Offered to bring us coffee ect. They dropped us off and helped us through the check in process at Stonehenge and Windsor castle. I would give them a rating of a 15 out of 10 they were so great.

Dave was fantastic. We asked when we booked if it would be possible to also see Salisbury Cathedral, and Dave helped us adjust the normal schedule so that was possible. We had a few other advance questions, and Dave and his team (thank you Kiri!) helped us navigate them. We disembarked from our cruise, and Dave was right there with a placard to greet us. Dave laughed with us and told anecdotes all day, and his driving was so smooth, it was easy to forget that he had work to do (keeping us all alive, for example). The Mercedes (big?) class was very well maintained and appointed - seat cushions, brochures and books for our perusal, a cooler of water, and a basket of croissants and juices. We were pleasantly exhausted at the end of the day, but much less so than if we had tried to do everything by ourselves. Thank you Dave and Kiri!

Highly recommend! My family had a very comfortable drive from the cruise terminal to our excursions and our hotel. Nazim was our chauffeur and made sure we were all safe and comfortable. A car seat was provided for my son by the company, as well as refreshments and some entertainment by Nazim. He was very knowledgeable regarding the history of areas we drove through and also provided food recommendations when asked. My entire family felt very satisfied. Be sure to book an earlier time if you plan on disembarking early because traffic control may cause some delays in arrival time. Thankfully, the company has been in contact with me since the booking and Nazim was in contact with me prior to his arrival on the day.

We had a great experience with Dave. He was very helpful throughout our process. His due diligence started when we made our initial booking all the way through pick up and final drop off at our hotel in London. What a marvelous experience and I would highly recommend Dave and his company. The motor coach was comfy and nicely appointed. Dave thinks of everything possibly needed and makes your day memorable!
