We didnt get what we paid for and when queried it in detail we were fobbed off. Will NEVER use or recomend your company to anyone.

I made a mistake booking it and chose the wrong date. The company was very accommodating and arranged a tour later in the day. The guide, Constanza, was great. We took little streets before going to the Cathedral and the Piazza del Campo.

The Duomo was fantastic! Costanza was an excellant art history guide, with helpful insights and tips. Thank you!
