Giuliano & Niccolo were recommended to us by friends for our trip to pick our daughter up from her study abroad in Florence. They provided transportation and private tours from the minute we landed in Milan, throughout our stay in Florence, Cinque Terre & Lake Como. By the end of our trip we considered them more as our friends than as tour guides. This was HANDS DOWN the best tour we have ever had and we highly recommend their service. Spent a wonderful relaxing day with Ian who picked us up at our hotel to tour Sienna and San Gimignano. While driving he filled us in on the local history and recommended sites to visit in the towns .He gave us maps and made sure we knew where to meet and walked us to the wonderful restaurant where we enjoyed lunch . On the way back to Florence he drove on back roads to give us the sense of the beautiful countryside and it’s history. A most enjoyable day and Ian made everything so easy .

Niccolo picked us up at scheduled at our hotel. He was fun, knowledgeable and super friendly. We spent the entire day with him, even had coffee together. He set us up in Siena with a private guide, and took us the winery for the most memorable lunch and wine tasting imaginable. Lorenzo and Vagna allowed us to eat and drink to our heart's content, and their winery is simply spectacular in every way. Niccolo then took us to San Gimignano where we strolled alone through the tiny town. On our way back to our hotel, Niccolo took us for an extra special ending to Piazzale Michelangelo to explore the incredible views and beautiful grounds. We had a simply perfect day, and we HIGHLY RECOMMEND Bespoke, Giuliano and Niccolo (and his new baby Mia).

Amazing trip! One of the greatest things about Bespoke is your ability to customize your tour. I contacted Bespoke prior to my trip, shared what I was looking for, and welcomed their suggestions. They were very responsive over e-mail and everything was set up perfectly. We did a full day tour from Florence. We were picked up at our apartment door and traveled in a very comfortable, clean Mercedes van. We initially went to Siena, explored, then on to Monteriggioni for lunch (Remo's) and San Gimignano. On our way back to Florence, we stopped at Piazzale Michelangelo for beautiful views of Florence from above. Our driver was Giuliano - he was excellent! Very thorough and extremely knowledgeable about everything. He told us about history, culture, wine, etc. throughout our rides from place to place. His English was perfect. He gave us freedom to walk around the towns and we agreed upon times to meet back at the van. He was very flexible. Bespoke even gives you the option to add an extra hour of touring on to your day if you need some extra time (extra cost for this). I would highly recommend using Bespoke for day trips from Florence!

We had a great experience with bespoke tours and they provided us 3 days with of great activities - day 1 we had a 2 hour walking tour in Firenze (Florence) with Ricardo that was fantastic - highly recommend Riccardo. Day 2 we went to Lucca in a private car which was a smooth ride. We then explored Lucca on our own for a few hours (loved it there.) Day 3 we did the private Mercedes SUV to Siena (7 of us in the tour) - we had a private guide in Siena for 2 hours and she was lovely and originally from Siena so she was full of great information and history. Then we drove on to San Gimignano for the winery and lunch which was lovely. Then finally our driver took us to a great leather factory where we had a private tour and got to shop for beautiful leather items. Highly highly recommend- very quick to respond and great service!

Giuliano was our guide and was very knowledgeable. His English is perfect and he was very accommodating with our requests. We traveled in a new Mercedes van, which was very clean and comfortable. We loved visiting Rocca di Cispiano winery, and had an amazing lunch with wine tasting provided by Lorenzo and Vania, the owners. They are a delightful couple, and have rooms to rent for short term stays.

Niccolo was our tour driver. He was wonderful. He shared lots of information about the places we were passing through and visiting. The restaurant where we had our lunch was delicious and the views were like eye candy as we ate. Niccolo was fun and personable. We enjoyed every minute of our day with him. If you’re thinking of doing this - BOOK IT! You won’t regret it.

We spent a wonderful day with Nic - he picked us up at our AirBNB and made us all feel very welcome and comfortable. He has a very easy manner and connected with everyone in our small group. He is knowledgeable about the area and the towns we were visiting and he organized a fabulous lunch at a small winery where we had a private room with a killer view. The tour is partially guided but Nic left us to our own devices in Sienna to see the square and the Duomo and also to walk through San Gimignano. He stopped off at a very special place to show us a spectacular view of Florence at the end of the tour. We did tours in Milan, Rome and Florence but this day with Nic was a highlight of our vacation. I would highly recommend.

Fabrizio gave us a wonderful tour driving us to Siena and San Gimignano. These old towns are a must see.He is a very good driver and gave nice commentary along the way. He went out of his way coming back to Florence to show us Piazzale Michelangelo and helped book the electric car tour for us.
