    Well, luckily I took a snapshot of my reservation as Viator didn't send the voucher to my correct email address. The water taxi people looked up my reservation and confirmed I was booked for their 1:45 PM SIGHTSEEING CRUISE. I would say the lady working on the boat was extremely friendly. She was even dancing to make the trip fun. (don't know her name.) It was good weather so it made for awesome trip.

    Very unreliable company! NEVER BOOK A TRIP WITH THEM! We paid but we were not allowed to board. They said it was overbooked and it was our problem. Unbelievable!

    Our pickup location in Bayside Marketplace near the Hard Rock Cafe and Sky view a big Ferris wheel inside the MiaMarina and in front of Lola bar.

    Our captain and guide will take your around Biscayne Bay for a complete sightseeing cruises. The guide or first mate will point out all the highlights visible by boat. You will get to see the entire downtown Miami skyline. Great for photos and pictures.

    Bayside Marketplace

    Our boat will enter Bayside Marketplace and it's marina during the cruise. Bayside Marketplace is an open-air mall with lots of shops and restaurants.

    Kaseya Center

    Our boat will take you through Biscayne Bay near the American Airlines Arena where the Miami Heat play.

    Venetian Causeway Bridge

    This historic bridge, the Venetian Causeway is visible during our sightseeing cruise. This bridge was the first bridge connecting Miami and Miami Beach.
