Museo del Baile Flamenco
Are you ready to find out the origin of flamenco dancing? The Flamenco Dance Museum is located in the oldtown of Seville, five minutes on foot from the Cathedral and the Giralda, one of the most historic places in Seville, and it is hosted in an eighteenth century building completely renovated and equipped. This interactive museum was founded by Cristina Hoyos, one of the most famous dancers and choreographers in history. Immerse yourself in the magical world of flamenco through its styles: AlegrÃa, Soleá, SeguirÃa, the Taranto, the Tangos, the Guajira... Dresses from different epochs, interactive screens, exhibition of works of art ... the Flamenco Dance Museum offers a unique opportunity to know the most important cultural living entity in Andalusia. Visits to the museum can be made at any time of the day stipulated in your ticket, always from 11:00 to 18:00 (last entry at 18:00), except the first Monday of each month when the museum will open at 4:00 p.m.
