    No guide arrived We want a refund asap My family was let down because the organization is terrible No one should ever do business with Viator

    No one ever showed up. I had written them over a month ago asking if they were going to do a 4th of July tour. I called and it went to voice mail. I drove from Austin to Galveston to do tour mainly. Very disappointing.

    We really enjoyed the history in the stories Rachel told. At the scariest story, in the alley, a black cat walked behind us. That added a little spook to the evening😉

    Rachel was a great tour guide. Very personable and knowledgeable. Learned so much that we never knew about the red light district. Will be taking more tours in the future.
