Park and National Palace of Pena
Once we have arrived in the magical town of Sintra, you will be taken to Sintra's main attraction, Pena Palace. You will have a private guided tour around the palace grounds and then a tour of the palace exterior walls (perfect for photos!).
Colares
After the Palace, we will make our way through Sintra's quiet local villages towards a local restaurant to experience Portuguese cuisine along the coastline.
Cabo da Roca
After lunch, drive along the stunning coastline of Portugal towards Cabo da Roca, the westernmost point of mainland Europe. As you travel, you will be captivated by the breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and the rugged cliffs, while our knowledgeable guide provides insightful information about the history and significance of the area. Once at Cabo da Roca, you can admire the panoramic views, visit the lighthouse, and capture unforgettable photos of this unique and awe-inspiring destination.
Cascais
After visiting Cabo da Roca, the tour takes you further along the coast towards Cascais, a charming fishing town famous for its beaches and marina. As you travel, admire the picturesque scenery and learn more about the history and culture of the region. One of the highlights of this drive is a quick visit to Boca do Inferno, a stunning natural landmark where the waves of the Atlantic Ocean crash dramatically against the cliffs, creating a breathtaking spectacle.
Belem
Finally, we'll stop in Belém, a historic district located on the outskirts of Lisbon. Here, you will have the opportunity to try the famous Pastel de Belém, a delicious Portuguese pastry that is widely considered the best Pastel de Nata in the country. After indulging in this sweet treat, you will be taken to visit the iconic Belém Tower, a UNESCO World Heritage Site that dates back to the 16th century and which played a significant role in the maritime discoveries of Portugal.
Lisbon
You will then return to Lisbon City where you will be dropped off at the location you were picked up from.
