Bought a winery tour with tasting and 3 course dinner for two on red balloon. The winery tour itself was very interesting, tasting was fine too. Although the dinner was absolute shambles. We were waiting for our starters for over an hour (we ordered burrata-this is for reference as it does not require any cooking) so no excuse really, apart from the fact they just forgot the order, alright happens, we got complimentary glass of wine which was nice. My friend ordered a fish, I had a steak which I ordered to be cooked medium, unfortunately it came well done and instead of an apology I get "chef considers this to be medium, and if you want anything less cooked you'll have to order medium-rare", so I did, and of course it came medium-rare, which I didn't appreciate but didn't complain anymore as it was useless. Also have to say that both fish and steak were oversalted and almost uneadable, but then again for the same reasons I didn't complain. The dessert at least was good.
We were both very dissapointed in the service that chef provided. It seems like he cannot take any healthy criticism and improve based on it. We will not be back, this experience wasn't worth the money.

Wine tasting session informative. Client liaison person on duty outside cellar door was amazing, a lady that loved her job and made our experience a little nicer. Three course meal and service underwhelming. Matched wines all came out together on a paddle and were hot within minutes of hitting our table in full sun. They were dumped on the table not explained and we didn't know which end to start from. The sparkling red matched with desert (we presumed) was hot and not sparkling by the time dessert came. Very sad dining experience given how much that was paid for the experience. Service terrible.

The tour guide was soft spoken and boring to listen too
The wine tasting was disgusting
The food was for people who would eat the crap they wanted to serve
No option on there food wise was appropriate for a diabetic
...
This was a gift to us bit have said to people its not worth the money your spending

Anna was a wonderful host to the winery and ensured our lunch was beautiful and delicious. Came here for my birthday lunch and loved it. Beautiful day, beautiful views and beautiful food !!
