We just returned from Alaska, and this was our favorite tour! I was skeptical at first because I am not that great at riding a bike. My husband really wanted to do this though. I am so glad he did. We had a wonderful time, and I loved the ebike. It was so easy to operate. In addition to the ride all around town, we rode to an old cemetery and hiked to a beautiful waterfall. Our Klondike guide was great. She gave us the history of the place and took pictures of us for our memories. We would definitely recommend this tour to anyone wanting to see Skagway.

Had an awesome time on the electric bike tour in Skagway! Mike, our guide, was super knowledgeable. Highlights on our tour included a beautiful waterfall, the Gold Rush Cemetery, and an overlook of Skagway. Mike customized our tour by concluding with a stop at Klondike Brewing where we enjoyed a flight of unique regional beers—a perfect way to end our ride! It was our first time on e-bikes, and we're totally sold on them as a great way to see the city. Mike and the Klondike staff were committed to our safety, having us practice before heading out. Highly recommend this tour!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! What an amazing experience! My family of five, including our 11, 13, and 14-year-old sons, considered this one of the highlights of our Alaskan adventure. As an active family we enjoy excursions that are a more adventurous form of touring. My youngest kept saying “Mom, this is SO AWESOME!!” The bikes handled so beautifully that even a novice like myself picked it up very easily. Our tour guide Kaylie was very knowledgeable of the town history and we left feeling as if we had a true glimpse of life during the gold rush. We were the only ones in our tour group which was intentional because they want to keep the group size small. It allows for a much more in depth tour. Book with this company - you will not be disappointed!!

Whenever we travel, we love to rent E bikes and explore. Klondike‘s was one of the best experiences we’ve had yet. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, and their bikes are top-notch! We were able to ride on gravel roads, dirt roads, and paved highway. Got to see so much of the beautiful Skagway, including all the way at the top Lookout point and down back to the water. 100% recommend this activity when you stop in Skagway. You will not be disappointed!

Got to see the key highlights of Skagway and learned all about the area’s history thanks to our tour guide, who was a wealth of knowledge! Great experience!

Great tour with friendly staff and breathtaking views. Our tour guide gave us an excellent overview of the city’s history and fun facts. The e-bikes were loads of fun and the gold panning was an added bonus. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Skagway.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. We had an electric bike tour scheduled on May 9th. There were severe weather warnings for flooding heavy rains and high winds as the day progressed. One other couple cancelled so my wife and I were the only ones on the tour. They had no intention of giving us a refund because they had to cancel their tours the day before. We are experienced bikers and we did not feel safe riding in that weather. By the time the tour would have been finishing there was terrential rains and 30mph winds.

Awesome! My son and I had an awesome private tour of Skagway. The electric bikes were awesome and fun too. My guide Kayla, was so pleasant, informative and chill.

Fun guide with lots of local history knowledge. Beautiful views and a surprise massive waterfall. So glad we took this tour!! It’s a must do!!
