Maria Antonieta is the best guide you can ask for, she is funny, knows a bunch of the museum history and gets you always to the best spots! Si su tour es en español ojalá tengan la suerte de tenerla, sin duda volvería a tomar un tour con María Antonieta!!

Hard to find the office, it moved. Waited quite a while to enter and there were no lines to skip. Required to walk the entire Vatican museum and no entrance to St Peter’s Basilica

The tour meeting place was in this basement with hundreds of people. Could not hear when you were called because of traffic. So many people on sidewalk hard to stay close to flag that you could barely see.

The only good part about this was that we were able to take an interior passage from Sistine chapel to basilica. Otherwise the entire experience was worse then a kettle farm. The entire venue (Vatican museum and Sistine chapel) was worse the shoulder to shoulder we were under people’s arm pits and kids were in peoples bums. It was so rushed. I will not recommend this. Beautiful please though. However tour guides and Vatican need to figure out a way to work together and create a better experience for visitors. It was literally an ocean of people getting through at the same time everywhere.

I cancelled three tours and received confirmation that these would be refunded. One of the tours they cancelled because we were the only two signed up. I’ve sent my confirmation numbers and been promised this would be responses to ASAP and I’m still waiting for the refund. I’m so disappointed with their lack of response and refunds! Never again! Save your money!

We booked Enjoy Rome skip the line for the Vatican Museum through Get Your Guide for 10 am. We were told to collect our ticket the morning of the event and to be sure to be there 25 minutes early. We arrived early, stood in a long line while employees up-sold tours and add ons those ahead of us. We were given a sticker and told to wait outside. 10 came and went and finally, at 10:45, they walked us over to the museum. We stood around without explanation for another 15 minutes until we were finally given our ticket and could enter the museum. By this time the museum was packed. The idea was to arrive at 10 - not at 11:15. Do yourself a favor and book through another vendor.

I booked my skip the line tickets with head out.com a month prior. When were arrived at their pickup site I was told that my name was not on their list. I called headouts number but did not get an answer. When I went on line and entered my booking number it said tickets cancelled with no reason. It said refund processed but I have not received the refund. HEADOUT.COM IS A SCAM. Don’t book through them

The Sistine Chapel was beautiful but the company was very unorganized getting to the Vacatican Museums. It was basically herding cattle to get there and once we were on our own to roam the museums it’s was simply frustrating on how chaotic the museums with all the tours and individuals trying to enjoy the museums on their own time. The skip the line helped get us through the door into the museums but didn’t help much once we were inside . The lines were still very long .

this felt like a hoax. we waited forever our our group to assemble, then waited for our guide to get our ticket. We paid double the amount of ticket, for a slow experience just to get into the museums. maybe things would have been different on a more popular day for the museums, but for us, it was more like...pay double to wait in a slow line, just in a different place.
