    This was a waste of money. There was no line to begin with and this is not the entrance ticket. So completely useless. And we could have bought the tickets in place no need to get them in advance.

    When we arrived we were charged $25 per person when the basic ticket is 12. Why would you charge double for basic entry. It said we should have gotten audio and never did. The employees said I only had a basic entry ticket. I should be reimbursed 1/2 of what I paid. Very disappointing.

    The castle itself is lovely with amazing views over the city. However I wouldn't bother with these tickets - the tickets on the door were only 12 euros each and there was no queue at all in July. Seller claims these tickets come with some sort of extra special help but the staff at the castle had no idea what that was about. Basically we were charged 23 euros each for a 12 euro product.

    What a cool and impressive castle. The views from its position on the mountain make it worth the trip up alone. You will not want to miss this, trust me.

    Great experience!!! We rode th4 cable cars up and down. It's definitely worth it!! We had an entrance time at noon. It was perfect. Not too busy. The cafe had great priced food too.
