Your Itinerary

Yarra Valley

We will drive for 55 minutes to our first venue. After about 45 minutes its starts getting scenic!

Yering Farm Wines

Try 5-6 wines and an incredible Pink Lady Apple Cider at this very small, boutique and family run vineyard.

Helen & Joey Estate-Yarra Valley

Incredible views. Laid back type of winery with an incredible range of tastes. From sweet desert wines to sparkling, to unfiltered pinot noirs, to Chardonnay to heavy Shiraz and fortified wines. They even have 'wine in a can'....a new thing they've been trying out! Don't knock it until you tried it! It's pretty good!

Helen's Hill Estate

We don't always go here, but if we do their wines are really good! Arguably the best Shiraz/Syrah in the area.

Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice Creamery

Here at this very scenic spot, you will have a private tasting of 10-12 chocolates over 25 minutes. You'll then have time to buy any chocolate you like as well as take advantage of the ice cream section of the factory.

Admission Included

Yarra Valley Dairy

Here we supply cheese platters of 3 goats cheeses and 3 cows Cheeses as well as crackers (GF). It's a quick stop..normally only 20 minutes.. It's also a cafe and a place you can buy lesser known wines of the Yarra. We tend to find that we dont regularly go here unless a lot of people want to go on the day. It is very close to a winery we frequently go to and we can occasionally split the group up.

Four Pillars Distillery

Here we try 4 of their Gins on a paddle, with tonic or soda to mix with it whilst being told how hey make it in their new impressive distillery. That said, if you don't like gin or want something else, we can get you any type of drink there. You can even cross the road and we can arrange a private wine tasting at Payton and Jones if you really want to keep the day Wine focused.

St Huberts Cellar Door

Here we have lunch. The restaurant is called 'Quarters' and is located on St Huberts Estates winery. The entire menu is QR coded or you can order with wait staff. Lunch is not included in the price so this would be at your own expense. The food is incredible here. I would allow anything from 10-40$ here, depending on how hungry you are. There is something for everyone here. Pizzas, burgers, steaks, ribs, vegan dishes, celiac friendly, creative salads,...really nice food! The venue itself is really impressive and they also have a cellar door to do wine tastings and whiskey tasting, as well as an Indigenous art museum all done by First Nations people around Victoria. We often split the group up after lunch for those that want to explore the venue...or those that want to try Chandon.

Domaine Chandon

Due to this place not really accepting tour groups, we can't actually generally include drinks here. If we can sense that there are some of the group that reaaalllly want to go to Chandon...what we do is after lunch instead of taking 30m minutes to just relax and enjoy the lunch venue itself, we drive those who want to check out Chandon and essentially leave you there for 30-40 minutes. This is our way around it. So we can do it, but it definitely will be at your own expense and is not included in the price. A little frustrating, but we are literally the only tour that even offers that! We find all people want to do there is just have a glass and enjoy the scenery anyway, so 30-40 minutes Is plenty of time!

A fantastic day out. Lots of variety in tastings and great value for money. Some stunning venues with high quality and delicious products. During my tour we were able to taste wines, whisky (additional cost) gin and chocolate. Special thanks to Alex and my fellow passengers. Travelling solo can sometimes be daunting but I would encourage anyone thinking of going but who does not have another to go with.. just do it. You won't regret it.

Had an amazing tour having Alex as our driver/tour guide. Very relax and unique since it includes not just wine but gin and chocolates as well. Added point to Alex is we get to add our songs in his spotify playlist being played in the bus. I would recommend this trip for to anyone who’s going to Melbourne.

Great day trip to the Yarra valley. Enjoyed the wineries and 4 pillars gin distillery. Beautiful scenery. Lunch at St Hubert’s was good with well priced meal options. Yarra valley chocolate tasting also good. Alex great driver and tour guide

A very well organised tour, highly recommendable tour with plenty of details in communications from Andrew, the owner, and good contact the day before re meeting place (close to our hotel, able to walk) and request to provide music for the Spotify list to play on the day and other details we (husband & I) needed to know. Became entertaining when many songs related to 'wine' Driver, Peter, was very friendly and efficient. The wineries we attended in the Yarra Valley(Tokar, Soumah, St Huberts for lunch and Payten & Jones) were organised and ready for us. Many delicious wines tasted and a delicious lunch pizza eaten. Some of our party chose to go to Chandon Winery instead of the lunch stop and had a great 'bubbles' experience and food there. Loved the Chocolaterie & Ice-creamerie stop - amazing venue and fabulous chocolate tasting & delicious icecream cone. Watched workers in the chocolate factory. The 4th stop was @ Four Paddles Gin distillery but we decided to continue with wine flavour of the day, so walked across the road to Payten & Jones where we had a very entertaining Jamaican host to provide our tasting.

As a solo traveller, group trips can sometimes be iffy, but our driver (Murph) made sure to keep the energy light and amusing. He was perfect for the day and the group involved. The wineries we visited today (Yering Farm, Tokar Estate), Four Pillars Gin Distillery, and the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie were all stunning locations with good service and better tastes. Couldn’t have asked for anything more.

First time to Yarra Valley and glad we picked this tour company. Good variety - wineries, cider, gin and chocolate tastings. Organised well by the tour company and driver fun!

Andrew is a great guide!! Had the group drop their songs into a Spotify playlist so the music we listened to during the trip was all curated by us!! He’s super chill! Never rushed us & was very flexible allowing people to hangout longer at one location while the rest of the group visited other places. Great guide during a beautiful day wine tasting.
