Unfortunately, I was unable to go due to a mechanical issue with the plane. I was a solo customer for this scenic flight. The engineer & pilot were incredibly genuine with their apology & offered me the opportunity to go again in the future. Payment is to be refunded.

My husband and I phoned NTAS directly on the chance they may have a booking available as their website was not indicating availability for another six days. It was our second last day in the Alice and we anticipated our ballooning maybe cancelled due to winds. To our delight we had the magnificent opportunity of doing the AS hot lap with two very competent and personable female pilots, Sam and Emily. What a wonder being able to view the majesty of the MacDonnell ranges from the air. Everything takes on a different perspective from the air. Sam and Emily were very professional and informative about the various landmarks. A thoroughly professional business. Would highly recommend NTAS if you are wanting a brilliant birds eye view of Alice Springs and surrounds. Thanks Sam and Emily.

I had the most fantastic scenic flight of Alice Springs and the MacDonnell Ranges with our Pilot Sam. It certainly was the best way to see the area and appreciate the vastness and beauty. Sam provided a fabulous service from start to finish with commentary. I certainly felt like I was in safe capable hands with Sam and the Northern Territory Air Service. This is a must do if you are in the region. I highly recommend these scenic flights.

What a fabulous experience this was. Our super pilot Sam looked after us from start to finish - her flying skills giving us a beautiful smooth flight and her commentary pointing out the highlights. Magical experience and stunningly beautiful scenery - you need to be in the air to see just how vast it is. Thoroughly recommend this - a must do!

We did a flight from Alice to Uluru and Olgas as a side trip to the Ghan trip. The flight takes about 75 minutes to go to and fly around Uluru and Olgas then we landed and did ground tour to part of Uluru. We then flew back to Alice.The whole experience was awesome and definitely a must do if you are in Alice. Highly recommend, great pilots wit a wealth of knowledge and very safe.
