Yes, the Vatican museums have more than 1000 rooms, so your tour guide will make sure you get the most out of them. Once you enter and receive your headsets you will soon start to realize that works of art will be brought to life whilst listening to the many fascinating stories and fun facts that your Tour Guide will illustrate. Head to the Pio Clementino Museum, the most complex of the Vatican. There you will discover the statue that also inspired Michelangelo and many other artists, The Belvedere Torso, a fragmentary marble statue of an unknown male. Be amazed by the Octagonal court, tour around the Round Room and start a journey in what seems to be never-ending beautifully decorated galleries. The three Galleries, maps, tapestries and Candelabra will show you off the most well decorated, fully gold ceilings that you will ever see inside the Vatican.

Because this tour was rescheduled snd told it would it end in 2 hours it caused me to miss later tour because it actually took 4 hours.

The second tour booked was rescheduled on the same day, last minute which impacted our other planned activities for the day. Then I had to reschedule everything planned (and still dealing with that) The tour was originally confirmed 1030 but was told by the tour operator through whatsapp the tour guide didn't show up that day. The tour was then bumped to a 230pm but was delayed by almost an hour with no direction or communication (just the whole group waiting out side the office). Then it was supposed to be a private tour (paid just under 300 CAD for that option) and was then yelled at by the operator that private tour was a group of less than 25. Proceeding to be herded around like cows and then when one of the other participants asked to turn up the volume because the majority of the tour couldn't hear what was being said the tour rep said it's not my problem. Barely saw the Sistine chapel and the tour rep basically herded us through and then bolted before the end. I won't be booking with your company ever again nor recommending it.

Paid a lot of money for a tour that was cancelled to Vatican and basical the only reasons why we went to Rome also paid for a premier limousine to pick us up at airports and recieved a van also same thins to port I come have to us for transportation go $20 instead of $100 both were late never book with this company

Meeting time in confirmation was 9:00 am for entry. They decided to change our tour after we arrived to 10:00. Once we started the tour, our guide dodged wove his way though wall to wall people. We could not see any artifacts. It was a rushed run to keep up with the green flag our guide held as he weaved though people. Once to the entrance of the Basilica, he left and told us how to exit the area. Not worth $112.00 / person. Money machine! Only bad experience we had in 10 days of Italy tours!!! SKIP IT.

They pushed our time to 12:00 which made it a little tight for our next tour at Collessuem, however the communication from the local tour was good so we made it work. Meeting place is an office so it feels good to meet real people before the tour. Our guide, Julia was very knowledgable and engaging. We learned a lot from her. I am taking away one star from my review because it was not a small group. We were at least 20 people. The headphones make it easy to follow, though.
