Smoky Mountains Roaring Fork Guided Sightseeing Tour by Jeep

Mark did an amazing job with driving us through the Great Smoky Mountains and knew so much information regarding the history of Gatlinburg and the Smokey mountains. Will recommend this tour to families and definitely come back!

Our driver Dave was so nice and informative. We were able to see four bears on our tour and he always made sure we had time for photos and sightseeing. Would definitely recommend!!

This was a #TripAdvisorFAIL! The ride was advertised as being in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, but we spent less than 50% of the tour time in the Park. Not OK. This trip was also advertised as being "off road" but we were on paved roads the whole time. The guide took us on an Auto Trail which is a trail designed for cars and which was paved; we could have easily driven it ourselves. The Guide didn't really know that much information about the Park. The Guide spent most of the time driving us around Pigeon Forge, Gatlinberg, and the surrounding areas, and giving us a tour of the region, and he had alot of information about that. But we didn't sign up for a tour of the region. The Guide also took us to see this "amazing waterfall" in the Park and it was a mere trickle. We visited other waterfalls (not while on the tour) and they were plenty flowing so the trickle can't be blamed on the time of year or a drought - the Guide just made a choice to visit this lame waterfall. I suspect it is because it was on the way to his friend's gift shop outside the Park, which we stopped at so he can give his friend some of our business. We did not appreciate being deposited at this business to buy useless crap when we wanted a tour of the National Park. The Guide had to "kill time" because we were done after 2 hours but it's supposed to be a 3 hour trip, so we did a drive by of the Dollywood Hotel which none of us cared about. Us and the other group on the tour just told him to go back to the hotel where the tour started so we could end our collective misery. Also, we saw zero bears. I suspect they push to the top all of the reviews that mention seeing bears. Very disappointing. Overall, this your was not as advertised. I do NOT recommend this tour. I want my money refunded.

It's really sad that solo travelers aren't welcome due to the 2 minimum ticket purchase rule. I was really looking forward to going because I had heard great reviews about your company.
