Very nice snorkeling and caves experience. Awesome guide who's name was Pedro. It is sad that ocean is covered with sea weed time to time. It affects the quality of this beautiful snorkeling place.

Pedro was a fantastic guide, and Adriana was a deightful assistant. Pedro's knowledge and love of the Algarve and the caves was infectious, as was Adriana's laughter as she kept snapping crazy pictures. Pedro took us on a fun route in which we swam through and walked into a number of caves. Fantastic experience for all of us!!

The personnel were very accommodating and knowledgeable. We were shown many exciting and non trafficked areas by both land and sea. Perfect lunch at the end of the hike and swim. We brought our own masks and fins but recommend using their shorter fins. Very informative from the science perspective. Very knowledgeable tour leaders. Was fun! Not overly physically demanding.

I absolutely recommend the snorkeling tour! The coast and the caves were breathtaking and we saw a lot of fish! With Paula and Pedro we felt safe, warm and comfortable! Of the best things I did in Portugal!

We thoroughly enjoyed our snorkelling tour. Was a little worried it would be too strenuous but concerns were un-founded. Pedro was a great guide and extremely helpful. The cave we explored was amazing and even got to see some sunken cannon from old Portuguese ships. We were happy we chose this option over a boat trip.

What an amazing experience! Our guides were very knowledgeable and helpful. You won’t see a lot of colorful fish but that is expected. This experience was amazing because of the rocks and cave that you get to experience up close. Very cool secret cave and we were the only ones there! The great pictures taken by the guides is the cherry on top of this amazing experience!

I really hate to only give this experience four out of five, because the two guides were fantastic and had just the right equipment to make my two water-inexperienced teens feel safe and comfortable, and the cave itself was fantastic. The only negative here, aside from the woman who was on our tour and twice pushed my kids off their safety equipment because she was struggling (luckily you can float in the wetsuits so the boys were fine), is that the water was often so murky it was hard to see much farther than a few feet below you. For those who have snorkeled in clearer tropical waters, the experience will probably be disappointing without knowing this up front. If you know going in that the water will be murky, your expectations will be at a much better level to enjoy the experience. Our guides took pictures and sent them via e-mail one day after our tour, and they also provided a nice beach picnic with fresh melon and absolutely delicious nut bread.

This is our second year doing this tour and our family with 3 teenagers had a fantastic experience exploring the caves and the waters near Portimão with Pedro and Phoenix. We started at a secluded beach that we got to with a cliff top walk and then were shown amazing caves and caverns that were only accessible from the water. All the while Pedro pointed out the marine life, and Phoenix took photos. When we snorkelled back to the main beach, we shared a delicious picnic of fruit and snacks. We couldn’t recommend it highly enough!
