Also, we do not charge to reschedule your tour if something happens that prevents you from arriving on time or a conflict of your schedule. Things happen and we understand! We appreciate your business and would never expect a guest to pay a fee to reschedule a tour they previously paid for. That is a sign of being greedy. I would be ashamed to do something so selfish!
