Great tour, had good wine but saw alot of the area. Really enjoyed seeing the fish market and tile shop. Joao was a great guide, told us a lot about the area. Spoke clear English. Learned a lot about wine in the area.

Much much more than a wine tour. Joao was our guide who is Lisbon born and bred and you can see his passion for everything that we experienced. A full day’s tour packed with so much to see and do. We visited 2 different wineries, one nearly 200 hundred years old and another more modern one. Beautiful locations everywhere we went. We visited a factory that made hand made tiles and could try to make one ourselves, very interesting. Had lunch in a very cozy beautiful quaint village. Also visited a traditional meat and fish market as well a touring through a national park. Thank you Joao. A fantastic day had by myself and my two sons. Well worth the money and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Our day trip to a local cheese factory, traditional tile workshop, including painting our own to take home, and beautiful winery, was only topped by the knowledge and graciousness displayed by our guide João. It was a wonderful tour that made our trip to Portugal an unforgettable one. We cannot express our thanks enough.

Lovely wine tasting tour with Joao! Very resourceful guy to think of ways to make the tour more interesting when the opportunity arose.

Joao was exceptional guide and we thoroughly enjoyed the day. The information he gave us and the familiarity he had with the locations as well as the people at each stop was great. We especially likes the fact that we were picked up at our hotel. This was a BIG bonus for this experience. We were staying in Lisbon for 8 days after arriving on a transatlantic cruise and this tour was our second day in town. This is an excellent experience you shouldn't miss if you enjoy sites and a bit of wine.

We had a great time on the Wine Not tour! João was a great guide with plenty of facts about the two wineries, market, and tile factory we visited. Would definitely recommend!

We really loved our tour guide, João. He was so friendly and knowledgeable. We were on a small group, just 4 of us, on the “wine not” tour. I don’t drink wine but I liked the tour because it included the fresh market, the boutique tile store that we took a tour of and saw them making tiles by hand. We went to two wineries, one large and one small and the Christ statue with a great view of Lisbon. We loved seeing the nearby countryside with vineyards,Olive, cork, and almond trees.
