The Cruise Trip completed our 1 week stay in New York.We saw New York from the Top, the Bottom, and Now through water. The whole experience seeing everything as Sunset came was incredible. And, to see the Statute of Liberty at Night was Perfect! No crowds, no lous noises.Just the water, waves, and Ambiance. I would highly recommend the Sunset Cruise.

Was bad we could not make A trip because the fog was all over the city. They return the bore to the point

This is a complete rip off. Went to the dock well ahead of time, others were there too. There was no boat, we talked to the crew of the one boat that was there. They said there was no other boat. So our opportunity to see the Statue was ruined. Then when I contacted asking about a refund I was told the operator said the trip went as planned. Look elsewhere.

The boat dont show ans no one was inform. No email, nothing. We waited and waited and no one from the boat showed up.

Couldn’t find the dock and literally missed the boat :( Perhaps better directions could be included in the ad.

The views of Lady Liberty and the city and bridges were wonderful The boat carpets, windows and toilets were very dirty and no seats outside like so many cruises have. Lots of diesel smoke from the engines and not a lot of open top space on the boat.

don't get a ticket for 18 pm! when you arrive they tell you that they will not turn around!!! I am waiting for the refund

Great experience. Arrived 40 minutes early and got great seating inside lower level with easy access to the front outdoor space. Nothing fancy, but a great little party boat atmosphere to have fun. They’ve made it festive with Christmas decor AND a visit from Santa! He was jolly and dancing with folks. They had cold and hot drinks and food to order. Surprisingly the food was really good. Again, nothing fancy just relaxed simple fun with amazing views. Which is exactly what we were looking for. They played fun music. It was the perfect end to our cousins Thanksgiving trip to NYC. They didn’t get carried away with narrating history etc etc which was perfect for us. We were just looking for a good time to sit down, be warm, and laugh a lot with the spectacular views in our background. Santa and the Christmasy ambiance perfect!! 🎄
