    Booked this as part of my boyfriend’s birthday weekend away in Stirling and we both throughly enjoyed the tasting, the history behind gin that our lovely tour guide Ruth told us about and then gave us a wee tour of the distillery. Travelled from the highlands of Scotland 😀

    What fun. From the opening cocktail through to the tour of the intimate ‘distillery’ it was a great way to spend a post Stirling Castle tour afternoon. Unique botanicals and tastes, likely something for even the beginner gin drinker. Ruth was a most awesome host and she made the event highly informative and most enjoyable.

    This "tour" is basically the main room and the distillery room. Small and wonderful. We had 7 tastings and a beginner drink given to set the palette. Very worthwhile. The history of Gin is quite amazing, yet very morbid, which makes the tour even better! Rachel gave us our tour and she was fantastic! Fun, funny, knowledgeable. We would go back anytime. Stirling was our favorite town in Scotland and this place is walking distance to everything. Great work Rachel!

    My partner and I did the Gin Tour on Sunday 25th August. We booked for the 11am session and were pleasantly surprised to find out we were the only ones booked on so we recieved a personal tour from the lovely Rachel. The weather outside was wet and miserable but inside was a warm welcome and a great selection of the best Gins to sample. We also got a fantastic cocktail to enjoy as we we were given the history of Gin, the origins of the distillery with some cheeky facts and interesting stories thrown in to keep it lively. Before we were shown the distillery. Highly recommend and Rachel was a fantastic host for the event. We bought a bottle to bring home from the onsite well stocked shop. Ginuinely Fab!

    Our visit to Stirling Distillery was great. It was easily accessible from Glasgow by train. The distillery building has been beautifully restored and has its own interesting history. Our tour guide Rachel was friendly and very knowledgeable. Her delivery of the tour was flawless and we felt very at ease. The tour focused on the history behind gin with some information on the formation of the Stirling Distillery too. We tasted seven gins which were a mixture of fruit gin liqueurs and standard gins. The tonic was good quality and we also got a delicious gin cocktail too. There was a short section at the end where we were shown a still and talked through the distilling process which was interesting. I would definitely recommend a trip for any gin lovers!

    Stirling Classic Tour You will be welcomed to our distillery with a bespoke cocktail, lovingly crafted and beautifully served. Our tour guide will take you through the history of our brand and how we came to own Stirling’s first legal distillery, followed by some of Stirling City’s most fascinating stories. From there you will be shown our still room and bottling and packaging space while getting an in-depth insight into how gin is created and distilled. After this you will be directed to our unique tasting tables where you will be shown how to make the perfect G&T. £10.00 per person
