We had a long day, 12 hours, but such a fun day. We saw Windsor castle, Stonehenge, bath. We had a professional and nice driver who was on time and picked us up and took us back to our hotel safely.

This "tour" should not be called a tour and instead be called private transportation ONLY. That was certainly unclear to me when I booked this tour. You will ONLY get someone to take you to the places and have no clue about anything else otherwise. It was very clear that I needed to buy tickets and also food for our group, but I at least thought there would be a schedule, some commentary or even suggestions from our driver. You get ZERO of that. When we first got to Stonehenge, he said, "I think you need to go there. This is my second time here." Well, that was also my second time there and I depend on my driver to know where to go. Luckily, my cousin who lives in London was with us and knew what to do. She had to tell him what to do. I then asked where we should go for a good lunch. He said we would just go to a service center- aka a gas station stop! He was nice and it was not his fault but I really was truly truly disappointed at this experience that I thought was going to be a major highlight.

Driver picked us up on time, delivered us to Windsor Castle and then to Bath. We skipped Stonehenge because we didn't have enough time. Driver was friendly, car was clean/nice. We failed to realize that the price we paid did not include tickets into Windsor Palace or to the Roman Baths in Bath. Both were sold out for the day when we arrived .... lucky for us I was able to persuade the ticket people at Windsor to sell us tickets @ 24.50 each at the gate. Not so lucky at Bath. For the price I paid for 8 people on this tour, I had assumed it covered more than just the transport to/from.

The driver/guide was 1 hour 45 minutes late. No apologies offered and he seemed confused when he did arrive. He did not share any knowledge. He offered no explanation of timing on stays at each destination without being asked or did not offer guidance once we got to each place. Very unsatisfied with the service considering the high cost.
