    Terrible experience booked this for my girlfriend’s 21st birthday just to show up at 6:00 and there end up being no one there. trip cancelled

    Booked 6:30 a.m breakfast cruise for February 26. Arrived at Pier 30 by 5:45 a.m. No representative showed up nor did we receive any cancellation notice. We waited until 6:30 a.m with another couple; tried calling several times to no avail. Shall never book another excursion with Prince Kuhio - terrible customer service

    Booked and paid for sunrise cruise. They cancel same day moved us to 9:00. No sunrise cruise. No comp. Breakfast was good.

    Terrible experience. I booked the day before for 6:30am cruise and received confirmation. Arrived at pier at 5:30am for 5:45 sign-in. Called and left message at a few minutes after 6am inquiring where staff was. No returned call even after 2 days. I then find email thereafter that was sent at 2:41am stating cruise was cancelled due to not enough people. A sunset cruise or refund was offered. Who surfs their email at 4:30am for a cancellation when you received confirmation the day before? I am still waiting for response of my refund and asking to refund the cab fare I paid to get there. I will not use this company again or recommend them. I am a flight attendant and we fly there quite often.
